Hi! I'm Jay, it's so wonderful to meet you.  

I would like to extend the warmest welcome to Ivory Mill Baking, where passion and love pervade each bite.

 

Founded in 2025 and nestled in the heart of Ivoryton, CT, Ivory Mill Baking was born as an exploration in sourdough baking with my dad and quickly grew into an all-consuming love. As I explored new recipes and flavor pairings, baking became a constant source of curiosity and outlet for creativity.

At Ivory Mill Baking, service is the heart of everything we do. With an extensive background in both retail and food service, I understand the importance of serving not just great products, but also creating genuine connections with every customer. For every visit, every friend, every bake, I'm committed to making each experience with Ivory Mill Baking warm and welcoming.

As I continue to develop a menu full of favorites, I’m excited to share my coming adventures in Sourdough—from the classic sourdough to new and inventive inclusions.

Artisan Loaves are what you think of when you think Sourdough–crusty, warm, and rustic with an outer crunch offset by a spongy interior. 

Available as a traditional boule or as a sandwich loaf, the traditional Sourdough recipe is available with or without inclusions. 

Whether you're a fan of the classics, love an adventure in savory combinations, or have an insatiable sweet tooth, there is a loaf for you.
